Streszczenie
Choroby alergiczne skóry są jednymi z najczęściej występujących problemów dermatologicznych u kotów. Uważa się, że są one przyczyną kilkunastu procent chorób skóry u tego gatunku. Najważniejszymi objawami chorób alergicznych są: świąd głowy i szyi, wyłysienia ekstensywne (czyli rozległe), prosówkowe zapalenie skóry oraz zespół ozynofilowy. W artykule opisano zostały metody rozpoznawania i leczenia atopii u kotów.

Abstract
Allergic skin diseases in cats are the most common dermatological diseases in this species. It is considered the cause of over a dozen percent of all skin problems in this group. Allergic diseases in feline patients are characterized by four clinical signs: head and neck pruritus, symmetric non-inflammatory alopecia, miliary dermatitis and/or eosinophilic granuloma complex. This article describes the principles of the diagnosis and methods of treatment in feline atopy.
