Streszczenie
Atopowym zapaleniem skóry określamy genetycznie uwarunkowaną, zapalną, świądową i alergiczną chorobę tego narządu. Schorzenie to należy do najczęstszych chorób świądowych u psów. Artykuł przytacza dwa przypadki kliniczne, gdzie poza leczoną atopią pojawiły się współistniejące schorzenia dające także objawy dermatologiczne. Obraz kliniczny pacjenta był syntezą objawów atopii i świerzbu w pierwszym, a także atopii i niedoczynności tarczycy w drugim przypadku.

Abstract
The term atopic dermatitis refers to a genetic, inflammatory, pruritic and allergic disease. This is one of the most commonly seen pruritic diseases in dogs. The paper describes two clinical cases of atopic dermatitis accompanied by concurrent diseases with dermatological symptoms. In the first case symptoms were caused by atopy and demodicosis and in the second, atopy and thyroid insufficiency.
