Streszczenie
W trzeciej części artykułu przedstawione zostaną przypadki kazuistyczne, w których wykonano rutynowe badania płynów z jamy brzusznej, a także nierutynowe badania płynów z obrzęków podskórza. Zostanie wyjaśnione, dlaczego płyn, który ze względu na chorobę, w której się pojawia (FIP), zamiast wysięku okazać się może przesiękiem. Omówione zostaną też dwa ciekawe przypadki, w których występowały obrzęki podskórza, z których pobrany płyn poddano badaniu i pomimo podobnego ich obrazu klinicznego miały one zupełnie różny charakter i przyczynę. Ta część artykułu została opracowana na podstawie doświadczeń własnych autorki poprzednich części.

Abstract
The third part of the paper presents casuistic cases in the course of which a routine examination of the abdominal fluid and a non-routine examination of fluids sampled from the subcutaneous edema were performed. An interesting diagnostic finding of a transudate instead of the expected exudate in a patient with FIP infection is described and explained. The paper dicusses two cases with similar symptoms including the presence of subcutaneous edema. The fluid was sampled and tested, allowing to reveal different etiology of the diseases. This third part of the series of articles is based on the author’s own experiences.
