Streszczenie
Chłoniak epiteliotropowy jest rzadkim nowotworem skóry o nieznanej etiologii. Według klasyfikacji WHO – EORTC wyróżniamy postać ziarniniaka grzybiastego i zespół Sezary’ego. Nowotwór wykazuje tropizm do komórek naskórka. Chorują psy starsze, w wieku ok. 10 lat. Nie wykazano predyspozycji rasowych i płciowych. Rozpoznanie jest bardzo trudne ze względu na podobieństwo objawów do innych dermatoz. W tym celu należy wykonać badanie histopatologiczne. Mimo podjęcia leczenia rokowanie jest złe.

Abstract
Cutaneous epitheliotropic T-cell lymphoma is uncommon neoplasm of unknown etiology. According to WHO – EORTC classification two form of the disease are recognised: mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome. Lymphoma cells show tropism to epidermis. CETL occurs in older dogs, over ten years of age. Diagnosis is very difficult because symptoms may resemble other dermatoses. Histopathological examination is necessary for a diagnosis. Even with proper diagnosis and treatment, prognosis is poor.
