Streszczenie
Rozpoznanie chorób skóry w dermatologii weterynaryjnej opiera się na wywiadzie, badaniu klinicznym oraz testach dodatkowych. Najczęściej wykonuje się badania zeskrobiny, badanie cytologiczne oraz badanie mikroskopowe włosów. Rzadziej przeprowadzane jest badanie histopatologiczne. Ostatnio do dermatologii weterynaryjnej wprowadzono nowe techniki diagnostyczne. Celem niniejszego artykułu było krótkie omówienie nowych technik: wideodermatoskopii i ultrasonografii wysokich częstotliwości.

Abstract
In veterinary dermatology diagnosis involves history, clinical examination and additional skin tests. Skin scrapings, cytology, microscopic hair examination are the most common tests used in dermatology. In some cases, histopathology examination is necessary. The aim of the paper is to briefly discuss two methods that have recently been introduced in veterinary dermatology: videodermatoscopy and high-frequency ultrasonography.
