Streszczenie
Toczeń rumieniowaty krążkowy jest jedną z częściej diagnozowanych chorób o podłożu autoimmunologicznym u psów. Najczęściej występuje u owczarków niemieckich, owczarków collie, spanieli i syberyjskich husky. Pomiędzy naskórkiem a skórą właściwą odkładają się kompleksy immunologiczne (IgG) antygenów i dopełniacza. W leczeniu stosuje się leki miejscowe oraz ogólne o działaniu immunosupresyjnym. W pracy przedstawiono obecnie stosowane schematy leczenia.

Abstract
Discoid lupus erythematosus is one of the most commonly diagnosed autoimmune diseases in dogs. The disease is most commonly seen in German Shepherds, Collies, Spaniels and Siberian Huskies. In course of the disease IgG antibodies, antigen and complement immunological complexes are accumulated between the epidermis and dermis. The treatment is based on local and general immunosuppressive drugs. The article reviews treatment protocols in current use.
