Zmiany agresywne kości u psów i kotów są częstym problemem w codziennej praktyce klinicznej. Ich rozpoznanie jest niezbędne do ustalenia rokowania oraz ewentualnej terapii. Niestety, pomimo powszechności badania radiograficznego i ultrasonograficznego diagnostyka zmian agresywnych wciąż stanowi wyzwanie dla lekarzy weterynarii. Poniższy artykuł ma na celu przybliżenie wiedzy na temat zmian agresywnych kości oraz ich objawów widocznych w podstawowych metodach obrazowania.

Abstract
Aggressive bone changes in dogs and cats are common problems in veterinary practice. Identification of these changes is necessary to establish the prognosis and choose proper therapy. Although radiographic and ultrasound examination are easily available, the diagnosis of aggressive bone changes remains a challenge. The aim of the article is to share the information about the symptoms of the aggressive bone changes that can be visualised using the basic imaging methods.
