Streszczenie
W tomografii komputerowej (TK) stawów łokciowych uzyskujemy przekroje o grubości warstwy do 0,5 mm. Pozwala to na szczegółowe uwidocznienie poszczególnych elementów stawu, bez zjawiska sumowania się cieni. Cienkie przekroje umożliwiają tworzenie rekonstrukcji wielopłaszczyznowych w każdej dowolnej płaszczyźnie oraz rekonstrukcji trójwymiarowych (3D).

Abstract
Computed tomography (CT) scan of elbows enables one to obtain 0.5 mm crosssections, thus allowing for a precise visualization of the particular elements of the joint without overlapping of the structures. Thin cross sections make multiplanar reconstructions in every plain and 3D reconstructions possible.
