Streszczenie
W leczeniu odmiedniczkowego zapalenia nerek jako leki I rzutu zalecane są fluorochinolony. Przy braku skuteczności terapii wybór kolejnego leku powinien opierać się o wyniki antybiogramu. W przypadku zakażeń układu moczowego (ZUM) bakteriami wieloopornymi zalecana jest amikacyna, należąca do antybiotyków aminoglikozydowych.

In the treatment of pyelonephritis (upper urinary tract infection) fluoroquinolones are recommended as first-line agents. In the treatment of multi-drug resistant pathogens amikacin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, are recommended.
