Streszczenie
Idiopatyczne ropno-ziarniakowe zapalenie skóry (ang. Cutaneous sterile pyogranuloma/granuloma syndrome – SPGS/Idiopathic periadnexal multinodular granulomatous – PMNGD) jest rzadko występującą chorobą u psów i kotów. Charakteryzuje się zmianami skórnymi takimi jak grudki, guzki oraz płytki. Ich przyczyna pozostaje nieznana, a warunkiem rozpoznania jest brak czynników zakaźnych w obrębie zmian. Tylko w nielicznych przypadkach zwierzęta wykazują objawy systemowe. W opisanym niżej przypadku zmiany skórne zaczęły ustępować po terapii prednizolonem. W opisywanym przypadku diagnoza została postawiona w oparciu o wykluczenie innych chorób o podobnym obrazie klinicznym oraz badanie histopatologiczne.

Abstract
Cutaneous sterile pyogranuloma is uncommon skin disease in dogs and cats. The clinical manifestations are papules, nodules and plaques. Etiology remains unknown and the diagnosis is established if no pathogens on skin lesions are identified. Very few affected dogs show systemic signs. In the reported case skin lesions were successfully treated with prednisolone. Cutaneous sterile pyogranuloma was diagnosed by excluding other disorders and by histopathology.
