Streszczenie
Zespół Conna jest chorobą spowodowaną nadprodukcją mineralokortykosteroidów przez jedno lub oba nadnercza. Nadmiar mineralokortykosteroidów wynika z aktywnego hormonalnie guza nadnercza. Chirurgiczne usunięcie zmienionego nadnercza jest leczeniem z wyboru. Jednakże leczenie to nie zawsze jest możliwe (np. w przypadku patologicznych zmian w obu nadnerczach). W tym opisie autorzy przedstawili przypadek psa z zespołem Conna, leczonego zachowawczo z powodu ograniczeń finansowych jego właściciela.

Abstract
Conn’s syndrome is a disease caused by the overproduction of mineralocorticosteroids by one or both adrenal glands. Mineralocorticosteroid excess is caused by adrenocortical tumor. Adrenalectomy is a treatment of choice, but a surgical treatment is not always possible, e.g. in the case of pathological changes is both adrenal glands. The report describes the case of a Conn’s syndrome dog treated conservatively, owing to the financial condition of the owner of the dog.
