Streszczenie
Anaplazmoza granulocytarna jest transmisyjną chorobą psów wywoływaną przez riketsje A. phagocytophilum, przenoszone przez kleszcze Ixodes ricinus. Głównym zaburzeniem obserwowanym w przebiegu choroby jest trombocytopenia, której konsekwencją mogą być krwawienia z błon śluzowych. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono opis przypadku nietypowej anaplazmozy granulocytarnej u psa, przebiegającej z zespołem hemofagocytarnym.

Abstract
Canine granulocytic anaplasmosis (CGA) is a tick-borne rickettsial disease caused by A. phagocytophilum. The vectors of CGA are Ixodes ricinus ticks. The main disorder observed in the course of the disease is thrombocytopenia with its possible consequences such as bleeding from the mucus membranes. In this article a clinical case of atypical CGA with hemophagocytic syndrome was described.
