Anomalia oczu collie (CEA) może rozwinąć się u owczarków szkockich collie i kilku innych ras psów. Jest to choroba wrodzona, dziedziczna, obejmująca naczyniówkę i twardówkę. U chorych psów występuje delecja intronu 4 genu NHEJ1. Objawy mogą być różne, nawet w obrębie jednego miotu. CEA nie jest chorobą postępującą w zwykłym znaczeniu tego słowa. Zmiana obejmuje obszar boczny w stosunku tarczy nerwu wzrokowego. U psów, u których występuje ciężka postać choroby, występuje upośledzenie widzenia.
