Wynik poprawnie przeprowadzonego procesu diagnostycznego powinien odkrywać spójny obraz przyczyn, przebiegu i ewentualnych dalszych konsekwencji stwierdzonych zmian chorobowych. Opisany przypadek implikacji klinicznych obecności zachyłka pęcherzowo-moczownikowego wskazuje na konieczność analizy danych z badań obrazowych z uwzględnieniem wszystkich potencjalnych przyczyn wystąpienia zmian. O wartości wyników świadczy związek zmian w obrazie narządów ze stanem klinicznym pacjenta.

Abstract
A properly conducted diagnostic process should help to elicit a consistent picture of the disease’s ethiology, course and possible consequences. The clinical implications of the vesicoureteral recess case presented in the paper indicate the need to analyze imaging examination results, considering all the potential ethiological factors determining changes.The value of the results is confirmed by the correlation of image changes and a patient’s clinical state.
