Tachykardia komorowa to minimum trzy pod rząd pobudzenia komorowe o częstotliwości powyżej 150/min. Jako utrzymujący się częstoskurcz komorowy z szybkim rytmem jest stanem nagłym, który charakteryzuje się złym stanem klinicznym pacjenta, niestabilnym stanem hemodynamicznym i koniecznością natychmiastowej interwencji. W poniższym artykule przedstawiono przypadek psa z tachykardią komorową, postępowanie diagnostyczne i lecznicze.

Abstract
Ventricular tachycardia is a minimum of 3 consecutive premature ventricular beats with a heart rate faster than 150/min. Sustained ventricular tachycardia with a fast ventricular rhythm is an emergency characterized by a poor clinical condition of the patient, an unstable hemodynamic state and the need for an immediate intervention. This article presents a case of a dog with ventricular tachycardia, along with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
