Cool down
Cool down to trzecia i ostatnia faza treningu, która ma wpływ na:
- system nerwowy, przywracając równowagę między układem współczulnym i przywspółczulnym, zmniejszając nadpobudliwość i napięcie psa,
- system krwionośny, zmniejszając temperaturę, puls, ciśnie krwi, częstotliwość oddechu,
- aktywny system ruchowy, rozluźniając zmęczone i napięte mięśnie i przyspieszając usunięcie produktów przemiany materii.
Optymalny cool down składa się z dwóch części. Pierwszy etap to aktywny odpoczynek, np. 5-10-minutowy spacer. Druga część to ćwiczenia rozluźniające i rozciągające, w większości takie same jak podczas rozgrzewki.
