Streszczenie
Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony został przypadkowi wgłobienia jelit u kota oraz diagnostyce ultrasonograficznej. W pierwszej części podano ogólne informacje, przyczyny, czynniki predysponujące, opisano też charakterystyczne zmiany ultrasonograficzne oraz leczenie. W drugiej części opisano przypadek dwuletniego kota Alexa.

Abstract
The paper describes a case of intussusception in a cat with a special attention to ultrasonographic diagnosis. The first part of the paper presents general information, etiology, predisposing factors, characteristic ultrasonographic changes and treatment. In the second part the case of 2-years-old cat Alex was described.
