Streszczenie
Zawartością przepuklin pachwinowych u suk są najczęściej pęcherz moczowy, macica lub jej więzadła. Jeżeli do powstania przepukliny dojdzie w czasie ciąży, uwięźnięta może zostać część ciężarnej macicy. Dotychczas postępowaniem z wyboru w takich sytuacjach była owariohisterektomia aborcyjna. W omawianym przypadku powzięto próbę wykonania repozycji ciężarnego rogu i utrzymania ciąży. Drogą cesarskiego cięcia na świat przyszły cztery żywe szczenięta.

Abstract
Content of inguinal hernias in bitches are usually urinary bladder, uterus or it’s ligaments. If the hernia forms during the pregnancy, the part of pregnant uterus can get trapped. Up until now, ovariohysterectomy was the method of choice in such situations. In discussed case the attempt of performing a reposition of the pregnant horn and keeping the pregnancy was made. There were four alive puppies delivered.
