Streszczenie
Zaburzenia krzepnięcia u małych zwierząt stanowią częsty powód hospitalizacji na oddziale intensywnej terapii. W pierwszej części artykułu omówione zostały zaburzenia hemostazy pierwotnej dotyczące liczby i funkcji płytek krwi oraz integralności ścian naczyń krwionośnych. Omówiono również praktyczne wskazówki przydatne w różnicowaniu poszczególnych zaburzeń hemostazy pierwotnej.

Abstract
Coagulopathies in small animals are a common cause of consultation or hospitalization in intensive care units. The first part of the article describes platelet and vessel-associated primary bleeding disorders. The paper also presents practical hints, useful in differential diagnostics of primary hemostatic disorders in cats and dogs.
