Opisywany przypadek dotyczy 5-letniego psa, rasy mieszanej, trafionego po postrzale z broni palnej w lewą kończynę piersiową. Badania diagnostyczne obejmowały zdjęcia rentgenowskie oraz tomografię komputerową, uwidaczniając masywny uraz stawu nadgarstkowego. Na podstawie wykonanych badań wykonano personalizowany tytanowy przezskórny implant oraz wydrukowano specjalną prowadnicę do dokładnego wszczepienia implantu.

Abstract
The paper describes a case of 5-year-old mix breed male that has been shot in the left front limb. Diagnostic tests included X-ray and CT scan that showed massive wrist injury. The plan of the surgery was to implant titanium prosthesis using a special 3D printed guide.
