Streszczenie
Zadaniem prawidłowo zbilansowanej i skomponowanej diety jest dostarczenie wszystkich niezbędnych składników odżywczych oraz zabezpieczenie przed powstawaniem chorób wynikających z narażenia organizmu na czynniki uszkadzające jego homeostazę. Wśród tych chorób najważniejsze są choroby dietozależne: cukrzyca, otyłość i nowotwory. Mechanizm ich powstawania polega między innymi na indukcji procesu zapalnego. Składnikami odżywczymi, którymi można regulować stan zapalny w całym organizmie, są kwasy tłuszczowe.
Abstract
The aim of the well-balanced and composed diet is to supply the organism with all the necessary nutritional components and to secure it against the diseases caused by the activity of factors producing homeostasis disturbance. Among those diseases the most important are diet-depending entities such as diabetes, obesity and neoplastic diseases. The mechanism of developing these diseases includes, among others, the inflammatory process induction. Essential fatty acids are nutritional components which enable the control of the process in the organism.
