Według Rozporządzenia Ministra Zdrowia ws. recept z dnia 23.12. 2020 r., do 30.06. 2021r. można wystawiać i realizować receptę według nowych, jak i starych przepisów, jednak potem wprowadza ono wiele zmian.
Które z nich są istotne dla lekarzy weterynarii?
Na pewno ta dotycząca recept na leki psychotropowe.
Według nowego rozporządzenia recepty na leki psychotropowe i odurzające muszą być wystawiane koniecznie w formie papierowej na formularzu posiadającym unikatowy numer ‒ kod kreskowy. Od tej pory lekarze weterynarii będą musieli pobierać numery identyfikujące recepty od adekwatnego Wojewódzkiego Inspektora Farmaceutycznego.
Jak podaje portal www.kierownik-apteki.pl ‒ Działanie to jest podyktowane koniecznością ułatwienia prowadzenia działań kontrolnych, a także ograniczeniem liczby występujących nieprawidłowości. W związku z tym nie będzie możliwe zrealizowanie jakiejkolwiek recepty, na której zostały przepisane leki psychotropowe bądź odurzające, jeśli nie będzie miała unikatowego numeru nadanego przez WIF, zakodowanego w postaci kodu kreskowego.*
