Streszczenie
Jednym z problemów związanych ze stosowaniem materiałów roślinnych w mieszankach paszowych w żywieniu zwierząt gospodarskich jest zanieczyszczenie mikotoksynami. Spośród około 300 do 400 zidentyfikowanych mikotoksyn aflatoksyna, ochratoksyna, trichoteceny (deoksyniwalenol, T-2 i HT-2), fumonizyna i ZEN są często zgłaszane jako substancje niepożądane ze względów bezpieczeństwa i efektu ekonomicznego. Artykuł przedstawia aktywność ZEN w jelitach podczas badań własnych zmienności mikrobioty niedojrzałych płciowo loszek narażonych per os niskimi dawkami zearalenonu (MABEL, NOAEL i niską dawką LOAEL).

Abstract
One of the problems connected with the use of plant materials in compound feed for farm animals is micotoxin contamination. Among 300-400 indentified micotoxins, aflatoxin, ochratoxin, trichocetens (deoxynivalenol, T-2, HT-2), fumonisin and ZEN are commonly reported as undesirable substance with regard to safety measures and economic effect. The paper describes ZEN activity in intestines according to the author’s own reaserch of microbiota diversity in immature gilts exposed to the low dosage of zearalenon: MABEL, NOAEL and LOAEL (low dose).
