Streszczenie
Mikotoksyny stanowią aktualnie występujące zagrożenie w światowej hodowli zwierząt. Największe znaczenie ma zatrucie toksynami grzybów w hodowli trzody chlewnej i drobiu. W kraju u krów mlecznych często obserwowane jest zatrucie mikotoksynami grzybów rodzaju Fusarium. Najczęściej występuje u nich przewlekła postać mikotoksykozy z objawami ogólnego spadku odporności, zaburzeń płodności, spadku wydajności mlecznej oraz wzrostem komórek somatycznych w mleku. Na zatrucie mikotoksynami najbardziej wrażliwe są krowy w okresie przejściowym.

Abstract
Mycotoxins are a current threat in breeding animal herds worldwide. The greatest threat is the poisoning with fungal toxins in swine and poultry farming. In Poland, poisoning with mycotoxins of fungi of the genus Fusarium is often observed in dairy cows. The most common chronic form of mycotoxicosis results in a general decrease in immunity, impaired fertility, decreased milk yield and the increase of somatic cells in the milk. Cows in the transitional period are most sensitive to mycotoxin poisoning.
