Streszczenie
Biegunka cieląt jest najczęściej zgłaszaną chorobą młodych zwierząt i przyczyną strat ekonomicznych producentów bydła na całym świecie. Zapobieganie i kontrola biegunki cieląt powinny opierać się na dobrym zrozumieniu złożoności choroby i użyciu skutecznych preparatów o szerokim spektrum działania. Powyższe przesłanki skłoniły nas do wykonania oceny terenowej skuteczności paromomycyny w postaci siarczanu paromomycyny w kontroli biegunek na tle zarażeń Cryptosporidium parvum.

Abstract
Calf diarrhea is the most frequently reported disease of young animals and the economic loss of cattle producers on the world. The prevention and control of calf diarrhea should be based on a good understanding of the complexity of the disease and the use of effective and broad-spectrum preparations. These considerations prompted us to conduct a field evaluation of the efficacy of paromomycin as paromomycin sulfate in the control of diarrhea against Cryptosporidium parvum infections.
