Streszczenie
Diagnostyka molekularna stanowi ogromne wsparcie w diagnostyce patogenów mastitis. Nie zastępuje ona klasycznych badań mikrobiologicznych tylko pozwala zmniejszyć liczbę prowadzonych badań mleka ćwiartkowego lub krowiego, co zwykle jest związane ze znaczącym nakładem pracy. Umiejętność wykorzystywania tego typu badań wymaga posiadania dodatkowej wiedzy, gdyż badanie z użyciem technik real-time PCR proponowane jest głównie w badaniach mleka zbiornikowego przy określonym typie problematyki.

Abstract
Molecular diagnostics provides a significant support in the diagnosis of mastitis pathogens. Although not replacing classic microbiological testing, it reduces the number of quarter or cow’s milk tests, which usually involves a significant amount of labour. The ability to use this type of research requires additional knowledge, because using real time PCR techniques is mainly proposed for testing bulk tank milk in a specific kind of problems.
