Streszczenie
W pracy dokonano przeglądu wyników badań histopatologicznych macicy, jajników i gruczołu mlekowego pochodzących od krów mlecznych z udokumentowanym zespołem chorobowym adenomiozy/endometriozy. Zmiany chorobowe stwierdzone w badanych narządach należy wiązać z pierwotnie występującą u krowy endokrynopatią odpowiedzialną za pojawienie się w macicy uszkodzenia struktury komórkowej narządu charakterystycznego dla tego syndromu chorobowego.

Abstract
This study reviews the results of the histopathological examination of the uterus, ovaries and udder, which were obtained from dairy cows with documented uterine adenomyosis/endometriosis. The etiology of pathological changes diagnosed in those organs is primary hormonal imbalance. The presented data indicate the lack of routine examination methods in veterinary practice, which can be used in the clinical diagnosis in the case of adenomyosis/endometriosis.
