Streszczenie
Narażenie organizmów na działanie mikotoksyn odbywa się głównie poprzez spożywanie zanieczyszczonych materiałów organicznych. Brak lub obecność grzybów pleśniowych rzadko korelują z obecnością mikotoksyn. Zaletą chromatografii/spektrometrii masowej (MS) jest to, że wiele związków można określić i potwierdzić w jednej analizie. Niniejszy przegląd sygnalizuje dostępność wybranych najnowocześniejszych metod analitycznych stosowanych w oznaczaniu obecności mikotoksyny lub mikotoksyn w różnych matrycach, w których mogą być obecne.

Abstract
Mold metabolites that may exert a negative impact on other organisms are classified as mycotoxins. Animals become most commonly exposed to mycotoxins by feeding contaminated organic materials. The mass chromatography/spectrometry (MS) allows for detecting and confirming the presence of many substances in a single analysis The paper presents the most recent analytical methods used for the detection of mycotoxin/mycotoxins presence in different matrices. The significance of a proper sample preparation for analyses was emphasized.
