Streszczenie
W pracy opisano przypadek nieznanego dotychczas u krowy mlecznej typu nowotworu jajnika o charakterze PEComa. Ten typ nowotworu stwierdzany u ludzi w różnych narządach i tkankach charakteryzuje się głównie patologicznym rozrostem wokół naczyń krwionośnych komórek wywodzących się z komórek nabłonkowatych. W opisywanym przypadku komórki nowotworowe układały się wokół naczyń krwionośnych, ale także tworzyły gniazda w zrębie gonady. Jest to pierwsze doniesienie mówiące o występowaniu PEComa w jajniku krowy mlecznej.

Abstract
The paper describes the case of an unknown type ovarian tumor in milking cows. These types of neoplasia were found in many organs of the human body. The tumor tissue is characterized by the neoplastic proliferation of perivascular epithelioid cells. Similar changes accompanied by, nests of neoplastic epithelioid cells were recognized in the ovarian interstitial tissue in cows. The paper is a pioneering effort to describe the ovarian PEComa in milking cows.
