Streszczenie
Niedobór mikroelementów to duży problem w hodowli bydła, szczególnie w okresie pastwiskowym. W Polsce, ze względu na ubogość gleby w pierwiastki śladowe, pasza ma niską zawartość tych składników. Długotrwałe obniżenie zawartości mikroelementów w organizmie bydła i późne diagnozowanie takiego stanu często przyczyniają się do spadku opłacalności hodowli. Obecnie większość niedoborów u bydła występuje w formie podklinicznej lub atypowej. Z tego względu należy włączyć do panelu badań diagnostycznych ocenę zawartości mikroelementów w organizmach krów, zwłaszcza w okresie pastwiskowym.

Abstract
Microelements deficiency is a significant problem in cattle farming, especially during the pasture period. In Poland, due to a poor level of trace elements in soil, feed has a low amount of those micronutrients. A long-term decrease of microelements in cattle body and the delayed diagnosis of that state, result in a lower economic income from farming. Nowadays most of the deficiencies in cattle have a subclinical or atypical form. The assessment of the microelements level should be included into the diagnostic panel, especially during the pasture period.
