Streszczenie

Sterowanie rozrodem jest szeregiem zabiegów, które służą temu, aby każda krowa, którą chcemy dalej użytkować, zaszła w ciążę. Skuteczność tych zabiegów należy więc rozpatrywać z perspektywy stada, a nie jak dotąd z perspektywy pojedynczego zwierzęcia. Należy sobie zdawać sprawę z tego, że w nowoczesnym prowadzeniu rozrodu nie tylko istotna jest sama ciąża, ale także czas jej uzyskania. Wskaźnikiem, który pozwala analizować jakość naszego rozrodu i równocześnie porównywać z innymi fermami, jest Pregnancy Rate (PR). Jego składowymi są Conception Rate (CR) oraz Heat Detection Rate (HDR).

Abstract

Reproduction control is a series of procedures that allows every cow to become pregnant. The effectiveness of the treatment should therefore be considered from the perspective of the herd, and not from the perspective of an individual animal. In modern breeding, not only pregnancy is important, but also the time needed to achieve effective feritilisation. An indicator that allows to analyze the quality of the reproduction results and at the same time compare it with the reproduction results on other farms, is the Pregnancy Rate (PR). Pregnancy Rate involves Conception Rate (CR) and Heat Detection Rate (HDR).
