Streszczenie
Artykuł przedstawia doświadczenie mające na celu walidację metody pozwalającej na wykrycie antybiotyków w płynie ustnym. Tuczniki zostały poddane leczeniu iniekcyjnemu z użyciem następujących antybiotyków: amoksycyliny, tiamuliny, penicyliny G, linkomycyny, tylozyny oraz sulfadoksyny z trimetoprimem. Pobranie płynu ustnego odbywało się przez 35 kolejnych dni. Analizę płynu ustnego przeprowadzono z użyciem chromatografii cieczowej ze spektrometrią mas. Większość z badanych substancji czynnych była wykrywalna przez około 30 dni od rozpoczęcia terapii.

Abstract
The article presents a field trial aimed at validation of methodology allowing to detect antibiotics in oral fluid samples. Fattening pigs underwent treatment using intramuscular injections of the following antibiotics: amoxicillin, tiamulin, penicillin G, lincomycin, tylosin, or sulfadoxine with trimethoprim. Oral fluid sampling was carried out for 35 consecutive days. The laboratory analysis was performed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Most of the active substances were detectable for about 30 days after the administration.
